You need to vote on submissions that are "Under Judgement".

If you vote 2 or higher and the submission passes judgement, you get 1 save point.

If you vote 1.5 over and the submission gets deleted, you get 1 blam point.

Only games and movies are put under judgement.

Once you get enough Blam/Save points, you get a rank.
